Asana is an online management platform. It’s a space to put all of your tasks/ projects/ goals and to-do lists. There are many features, including some only available through their paid tier, but I find the free version to be more than enough for a sole trader/ small business.
Your Asana looks like my desktop paper planning book. I LOVE paper and manually writing tasks, Zooms, appointments, meetings, booked days off, etc. Not sure why I prefer paper over digital but I could never live without a full size planner. 😊
I do too, Kristi, and I really wish I could stick to pen and paper, but I find digital a better fit for me, especially with the children and all of their appointments. Sometimes I get a phone call out of the blue for an appointment, and I can just quickly look on my phone to see if I can make it. It's easier for me to have it with me everywhere I go without taking up any additional space. But totally get the paper and pen attraction. I love writing, and don't do it often enough now everything is mostly digital for me 😊

I hear you. Everyone functions differently. I only have a dog, I have nothing to plan in my life except work, writing, and dog walks 😁
I actually worked in a client's Asana briefly but their business was so big I found myself utterly lost in there.
