YES!! I hadn't heard of it up until a few years ago, and it has changed my life. Sounds so cheesy, but you get it 😅

Love that these are all quick enough that they can be done in between other tasks. Just had to pull my daughter out of her daycare, so I’m doing everything in between making snacks and reading stories. This couldn’t have come at a better time!

This isna great little list. #4 - I'd rather spend 5 minutes deleting social media 😁😁 Kidding. I'm not even on social media.

#5 is something I've been doing for a couple if weeks now. I'm revamping offerings for 2025 so I'm currently brain dumping those ideas on a Google doc.

Yeah, brain dumps work SO well for me. It's like I'm able to have a full conversation with myself and get instant feedback, it's great. Especially since I don't have colleagues to bounce ideas off 😅
