Business tasks to complete when you're short on time. Of course, there are lots of things you could do to improve your business - updating your website for one - but what about when you don’t have the time to do something so big? Is there a way to improve your business by doing something small and meaningful instead? The answer is yes! Here are 5 things that you can do to improve your business, that take less than 5 minutes.
Love that these are all quick enough that they can be done in between other tasks. Just had to pull my daughter out of her daycare, so I’m doing everything in between making snacks and reading stories. This couldn’t have come at a better time!
This isna great little list. #4 - I'd rather spend 5 minutes deleting social media 😁😁 Kidding. I'm not even on social media.
#5 is something I've been doing for a couple if weeks now. I'm revamping offerings for 2025 so I'm currently brain dumping those ideas on a Google doc.
Yeah, brain dumps work SO well for me. It's like I'm able to have a full conversation with myself and get instant feedback, it's great. Especially since I don't have colleagues to bounce ideas off 😅
Brain dumping is my number 1 business strategy as a high-sensitive adhd mama! It saves my life on a daily basis.
YES!! I hadn't heard of it up until a few years ago, and it has changed my life. Sounds so cheesy, but you get it 😅

The five minute timer thing for responding makes a lot of sense. It reminds me of Gretchen Rubin's "strategy of scheduling" tips (https://gretchenrubin.com/articles/how-to-use-quick-easy-habits-to-create-maintain-outer-order/)
Oh I LOVE this! How have I never heard of Gretchen Rubin before? She speaks my language. I'm going to now go and deep dive into her work, thank you 😅🤣
I love her books and she also has a podcast.
